Our goal when designing and building an addition to your house is to make it look like it has always been there - to make a "seamless" addition.

One advantage to the design/build company is that the person who is designing the project will also be building the project and hence has a true grasp on what the project should cost. Too often, hiring an architect results in a fantastic plan that costs three times as much as your budget. We keep an eye on the bottom line from day one so there are no nasty surprises when you are ready to build.
