Kathy and I want to thank you for the wonderful job you and your crew did on our home. We tried to give you a sufficient challenge converting our 62 year old summer cottage, turned ranch, turned year round residence into a comfortable and happy home and you did it.

The comfort and luxury of our new master bedroom/bathroom suite is only slightly bested by the views of the waterfront as we sit on our new screened-in back porch. You took our boring, zero curb appeal ranch and gave us front entry columns with a little craftsman style.

The redesign of our roof line allowed us to place solar panels at the optimum angle for energy generation. We ended up with not only an awesome looking house, but one that is energy efficient and almost carbon footprint neutral, as well.

We hope you guys can continue to develop new business in our area. We know one of our neighbors is considering you for a renovation on their home. We hope you will stop by when you are in the area and share a drink and watch the sunset from a Vazac built home.

I am happy to recommend Vazac Contracting for construction and renovation work. Fred Vazac and his team recently completed the renovation and addition to my home in East Hampton. Having done projects like this in the past, I can easily say this was as smooth and stress free a process as possible. Fred is highly organized and responsive. His team does good quality work on a timely basis and at a fair price. Each of the sub-confactors was obliging and easy to work with.

My project took place during one of the worst winters in recent memory. The elements and freezing conditions did not keep Fred’s men away; every time I appeared at the job, there was always a full crew working, both outside and inside. As my architect noted, this was one of the few jobs actually getting completed in the bad weather.

The word superlative is rarely used to describe work that is done in our homes, but, in this instance the construction project that Vazac Contracting Corp. completed at my residence was beyond superlative. After several meetings with Fred Vazac, I employed Vazac Contracting (incidentally this company did our condominium community roofs) to remodel my kitchen and build a bar in what was once my dining room. He was also able to perfectly match all my wood floors to the existing wood floors. The materials that were used were of the highest quality and the workmanship was excellent. There was absolutely no inconvenience to my family during the ongoing project and Mr. Vazac supervised the project on a daily basis.

The results and overall outcome of the job exceeded my expectations and the completed project is worthy of placement in an architectural journal.
